I was really impressed with the value I got for my money; the room was new, super clean, and had such a pleasant smell. The location was fantastic, being close to shopping and easy to reach from the airport, and the staff were super attentive and helpful!
Morning meal could use more variety in options.

I appreciated extremely spacious room in this hotel.
Location: the hotel was right by Ginza Six as well as subway station and Ginza shopping area. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen TV...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the subway and all the shopping and dining spots. The rooms were modern and comfy, and I loved the quality of the toiletries provided. Plus, the housekeeping did a nice job of tidying up daily, keeping everything clean and fresh.
There were definitely some downsides. The storage space in the room was a joke—barely any hangers and no drawers! It felt cramped, even with a huge bed. getting a taxi was a hassle; the staff didn’t seem very helpful, and the lack of good signage made it hard to find. I expected more for the price!

I stayed for a week on a leisure trip and couldn't have been happier with my choice. The hotel boasts a fantastic location near multiple train lines and the vibrant shopping district. The modern decor is visually striking, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. I loved the blackout blinds that ensured blissful sleep and the public bath that provided a relaxing retreat after long days of exploring.

I loved the amazing location! Super close to the main shopping areas and easy access to multiple train stations. The staff were really attentive and friendly, which made me feel at home. The beautiful, clean rooms were a nice touch too; they even had great amenities and a comfy bathroom that was perfect after a long day sightseeing.
My room felt a bit cramped, and the pillows were really flat, not supportive at all. The air conditioning was kinda funky too, making the room feel stale. Plus, my Uber had a hard time finding the hotel since it's new. it wasn’t the best stay for Christmas.

The public bath was a true haven for relaxation after a busy day with my granddaughter. Though the room was compact, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained, enhancing our family bonding experience.

POV, A Haven in Ginza
With really good cleanliness and a soothing ambiance, this hotel offers a spacious room with the widest double bed I've encountered. The location is prime, nestled in an elite district, and safe. Staff was helpful, especially during our departure hiccup-I will cherish their hospitality.

I had such high hopes for The Royal, especially with their supposed amenities. The public bath was a complete letdown, unclean, and packed! How on earth were there no more available washing machines after hours? A welcome gift would have been thefinest touch. I just couldn't consider a good review with all these mishaps!
